How To Get A Refund: Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Visit The Support Center
To begin your refund request, head to our Support Center. Here’s how:
In the top navigation menu, find and click on the Support Center button.
Once you’re in the Support Center, click on Returns / Refund Request to start the process.
This will take you to the form where you can submit your request. It’s quick and easy to get started!
Step 2: Click On "Refund Request"
Once you're in the support center, you'll typically see a range of options to help resolve your issue, including returns, exchanges, and refunds. Look for the option labeled Refund Request. This option will direct you to a form that needs to be filled out in order to process your request.
Step 3: Fill Out The Refund Form
After clicking on the Refund Request button, you’ll be taken to a form where you’ll need to provide the necessary details to start the return process.
Here’s what you will typically need to fill in:
First Name: Enter your first name as it appears on the order.
Last Name: Enter your last name.
Email: Provide the email address you used when placing the order.
Order Number: You can find this in your order confirmation email or on your account page.
Explanation: Provide a brief description of why you’re requesting a refund (e.g., damaged item, wrong product, or changed mind).
Make sure all the information is accurate to prevent delays in processing your refund. Step 4: Prepare The Item For Return
Once your refund request has been submitted, please allow us 2-4 days to review the case and process your request. Do not send your item back until we have approved the return. After we’ve reviewed your case and approved the return, follow these steps to get your item ready for return:
Repackage the Product: If the item is still in its original packaging, it’s best to return it that way. If the packaging is damaged, use a properly sized box, package, or envelope to securely wrap the product. This will help keep shipping costs down while ensuring the item is protected during transit.
Print Shipping Label: If you received the wrong item or if your item arrived broken or defective, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. However, if you are dissatisfied with the product or have another similar reason for returning it, the buyer will be responsible for any shipping fees and must print the return label by visiting the courier’s website. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original condition.
Take It to the Courier: Once the package is ready, drop it off with the designated courier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS), or schedule a pickup if needed. Be sure to keep the tracking number for your reference.
If your order was never received, you are eligible for a full refund for orders that have not been delivered within 1 month after purchase. If USPS indicates that the package has been delivered, please contact them directly to resolve the issue. Step 5: Check Your Account For The Refund
