All orders are eligible for a return within two weeks from the date of delivery, providing you ample time to initiate the return process.

If you are dissatisfied, ship it back to us for a full refund. Items must be unused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Item Arrived Broken
Full refund for any broken or defective items in your order. In case the condition is not critical, a partial refund may be issued instead.
Order Never Received
Full refund for orders not received 1 month after purchase. If USPS indicates the package has been delivered, contact them directly.
Received Wrong Item
If you receive the wrong item, simply return it to us for a replacement or full refund. We cover the return shipping fees.
